Dimitris Psychoyios is a Professor in Finance & Investment at the University of Piraeus. His first placement was at Manchester Business School as a Lecturer in Financen until 2009. He has graduated from the Department of Mathematics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and he obtained an MBA and his PhD in Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Dimitris’ current research interests lie on corporate finance, environmental finance, energy finance, asset pricing and risk management. Part of his research has been published in international scientific journals and it has been cited by more than 800 authors. He has taught in MBA programs in Greece, Europe and USA and did research, consulting and participated in research, consultancy and executive education projects for Greek and European companies.
