The Department of Industrial Management and Technology of the University of Piraeus invites prospective postgraduate students to submit applications for the academic year 2023-2024 to the Master’s Program in “Industrial Management and Technology” leading to the acquisition of a Master’s Degree in the following specializations:

• Logistics Management
• Specialization: Energy and Environmental Management .
• Specialization: Project Management.

Faculty

The faculty of the MSc includes faculty of the University of Piraeus and other Greek Universities, as well as professionals with significant experience in the industry.

Target Audience

The MSc is appropriate for graduates of technological and economic departments as well as for other graduates of relevant departments of other Universities of the country or similar institutions abroad in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Cost and Duration

The Program has a duration of three academic semesters and the tuition fees amounts to 5,800.00 euros (2,000/semester a’, 2,000/semester b’ , 1,800/ semester c’) and is paid at the beginning of each semester. The PMS Curriculum can be modified for educational purposes and adapted to the current needs of the market by decision of the corresponding governing body.

People interested in attending the MSc are invited to submit their application as well as the necessary supporting documents from 21/08/2023 to 11/09/2023 in the following way:

3. Copy of the Degree or certificate of completion of studies
4. Detailed transcript, indicating also the Degree average grade
5. Two reference letters
6. Certified English language certificate, level B1
7. A short note indicating the reasons why the candidate wishes to participate in the specific Program
8. Any other element which, at the candidate’s discretion, can be used during evaluation
9. Declaration (through the service https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta/upeuthune-delose-kai-exousiodotese or with a certification of signature from a Citizens’ Service Centre, or a Police Department in Greece) where it will be declared by the candidate that the supporting documents submitted and deposited in his file are true.

Upon completion of the application process, all candidates will be invited to a personal interview. The candidates who will finally be included in the list of successful candidates will be informed by the Secretariat about the process of their enrollment in the Program.

Scholarships of Excellence

The Graduate Program in Industrial Management and Technology supports excellence by awarding scholarships to postgraduate students with excellent performance. Students who pay tuition fees are entitled to a scholarship of excellence. In this context, the candidate students of the Program for the academic year 2023-2024 who wish to be evaluated for a possible grant of scholarship for the 1^st semester of studies and who meet the following conditions are invited:

• Degree grade eight (8) or above from a Greek University or the equivalent of 8/10 for a higher education degree from a foreign institution.

and/or

• Graduation rank in the top 10% of the class (verified by an official document from the respective secretariat) or performance above 90% on the GMAT (quantitative) or GRE (quantitative)

to select the corresponding Excellence Scholarship Application (point 9) when submitting the application.
